ChargeNStay Guest Terms of Service

1. Overview

By booking accommodation or services through ChargeNStay (operated by OmniEx LTD), you agree to abide by these Guest Terms of Service. These terms apply to all bookings made via our platform (https://chargeandstay.co.uk).

2. Guest Service Fee

A 20% Guest Service Fee is added to the total booking amount.
This fee covers platform access, customer support, secure payment processing, and service guarantees.
The service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except in cases of cancellation under our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, ensuring PCI-compliant transactions and buyer protection.
You must provide valid payment information to complete a booking.
Your payment will be held until the booking is confirmed by the host.
ChargeNStay does not store your card details.

4. Booking Process

Once a booking request is submitted, the host has 24 hours to accept or decline.
If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation via email.
If declined or expired, no charge will be made.

5. Taxes & Charges

A 4% Accommodation Tax is added to all bookings, where applicable.
You are responsible for reviewing the final price before confirming a booking.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by host. Please review the individual listing for specific terms.
Service fees may not be refunded unless the host cancels or a refund is approved under our Guest Protection Policy.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Treat hosts, property, and local communities with respect.
Comply with house rules and any legal obligations.
Do not use the property for unlawful purposes.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

8. Disputes & Holds

In the event of a dispute, ChargeNStay may temporarily hold funds for up to 30 days post-booking to allow for resolution.

9. Liability

ChargeNStay acts as a booking facilitator and does not own or control the accommodations listed.
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages unless caused by our direct negligence.
